Opportunity for a Senior/Quantity Surveyor to join a high-end residential business working on projects for private clients around London. About the role of Senior/Quantity Surveyor: Exciting opportunity for a both a Senior Quantity Surveyor and a Quantity Surveyor to join a central London based business working with private clients on high end residential projects valued between £10 Million and £50 Million. Initial projects requires cut and carve and 2 stage tender experience. Senior and the quantity surveyor will be the number 1 and 2 on site so experience overseeing site operations and managing packages is essential. Responsibilities for Senior/Quantity Surveyor: Managing the day-to-day operations on site (Senior). Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts. Managing Packages (QS) Managing Sub-Contractors (Senior and QS) Site Meetings. Requirements for Senior/Quantity Surveyor: Experience on high end residential projects and 2 stage tenders is essential. Previous work as a number 1 and 2 on site respectively. Degree qualified and needs to be construction based. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
