Business Development Executive - New Year, New Career Full time, Permanent Salary : £24,000 per annum (up to £28,800 OTE) + Citroen Berlingo van + Incentives Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Territory : Bournemouth, Southampton, Salisbury, Portsmouth, Bognor Regis & surrounds. This is a perfect role for graduates or career changers eager to gain hands-on experience in field sales, marketing, and FMCG . What You’ll Do Represent Molson Coors (beer & beverages) and Haribo (confectionery) Visit independent and convenience stores across your territory Build strong relationships with store teams and owners Promote products, create eye-catching displays, and drive sales Support stock levels, visibility, and store engagement Share best practices and collaborate with a supportive team What We're Looking For This role is ideal for a recent graduate or career changer looking to break into sales, FMCG, or field marketing.
