Huhtamaki are currently looking for a Global Head of Occupational Health and Safety to lead our Group Health & Safety strategy, roadmap, and team.
Reporting into the EVP HR, Safety & Communications, this is a key leadership role that supports business leaders and OHS professionals globally by coaching, influencing and partnership.
You should be located near one of our sites in Europe with a willingness to travel globally.
Drive and further evolve our safety KPI’s, management system, standards and governance
Collaborate and develop communities of practice holistically across the business
Further development and constant deployment of OHS policies, procedures and requirements on a global basis
Identify and develop future talent in safety across Huhtamaki
Demonstrated experience in implementing global safety processes and management systems
~ Strong visibility within the global OHS community, including membership in relevant organizations and bodies
~ Excellent coaching and influencing skills with the ability to lead with and without direct supervision
~ Familiarity with the TPM methodology and pillar deployment preferred
~ Fluency in English
~ Willingness to travel internationally
