We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager with extensive business transformation and people change experience to join a key client of ours in the public sector.
Lead complex and high-profile projects from inception to delivery.
Play a key role in shaping projects at the outset, collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop business cases and establish methods for benefits realisation.
Establish and manage projects using professional project management disciplines (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2), with a focus on governance, project delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage project resources, including people (employees, contractors, third-party vendors), budgets, and infrastructure.
Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time, encouraging a proactive and self-managed approach to tasks and deliverables.
Proven Senior Project Management experience
Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills, with a focus on value for money and procurement processes.
Experience in risk management, including techniques for assessing and mitigating risks.
Knowledge of people change management practices and the ability to lead complex business change initiatives.
Ability to define and implement fit-for-purpose governance controls to ensure project success.
AGILE experience

This role is paying between £50-£60,000 per annum with fantastic benefits and career opportunities.
