IAM Architect/Engineer - Permanent - Hybrid (1-2x a month in office)

We are working with a leader in the Energy sector in search for an expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a deep understanding of both architectural frameworks and hands-on implementation.

We are looking for a talented IAM Architect/Engineer who can design, implement, and manage secure and scalable IAM solutions that align with our clients’ needs.

In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for both strategic design and practical deployment, ensuring robust access control, security protocols, and identity solutions for complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

  • Design scalable, secure IDAM architectures for enterprise environments. Define the roadmap, strategy, and framework for identity solutions aligned with business goals.

Implementation & Engineering:

  • Lead the hands-on implementation and configuration of IDAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, user provisioning, and access management systems.

System Integration:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate IDAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and security protocols.

Security & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with security standards, including GDPR, SOX, and ISO frameworks. Continuously improve the identity governance policies and procedures.

Technology Expertise:

  • Leverage deep knowledge of technologies such as Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, and others to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Troubleshooting & Support:

  • Provide technical expertise in resolving complex IDAM-related issues, working with teams to maintain and enhance system performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in both IDAM Architecture and Engineering roles.
  • Expertise with IDAM technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA), access management (AM), and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions, integrations, and SSO implementations.
  • Solid understanding of security and compliance standards, including GDPR, ISO, and NIST frameworks.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
