Inside IR35 - Contract Position, 12 months, with likelihood of extension We’re partnered with a tier 1 consumer electronics business to hire an EU D2C Planning Associate (Fluent Korean Speaking). This position focuses on collaborating with diverse and talented professionals, driving impactful projects that shape our digital future, influencing key business decisions and playing a pivotal role in delivering the D2C vision. Key Responsibilities: The D2C Planning Associate supports planning, coordination, and performance reporting activities for the European D2C team. Compile performance data from various European D2C teams and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to collect inputs for plans and performance updates. Support internal meetings by organising materials, preparing reports, and coordinating follow-ups. Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, templates, and communication efficiency. What are we looking for?2–3 years of experience in planning, reporting, or data analysis, ideally within an e-commerce or digital business environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for report generation, data visualisation, and presentation creation. High attention to detail with the ability to organise data and translate insights into clear, structured reports. Basic understanding of performance metrics and KPIs with the ability to track and summarise results effectively. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines. Clear written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and convey findings in a simple, actionable way. Proactive and curious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve reporting processes or tools. Please note this role doesn't offer sponsorship as it's a contract position
