- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral support strategies, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student and promote their academic and social-emotional development.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver targeted interventions and adapt learning activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, creating a sense of belonging and empowerment within the school community.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to inform ongoing support strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for every student.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN and a commitment to creating inclusive and empowering learning environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to embrace new challenges and approaches in supporting students' diverse needs.
- Experience working with students with SEN is advantageous but not essential – we value enthusiasm, empathy, and a desire to make a difference above all else.
