They provide a wide range of environmental services, including terrestrial ecology, freshwater ecology, hydrology, arboricultural services, GIS and mapping, and environmental impact assessments. Our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes across diverse projects.
They have an exciting opportunity for an Ecologist to join their dynamic terrestrial ecology team.
This is a varied and field-based position, requiring regular travel and overnight stays, especially during peak survey season. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and exploring different locations, this role is ideal for you.
You'll collaborate closely with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships while contributing to meaningful environmental projects.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial consultancy.
Degree or postgraduate qualification in ecology or a related subject.
Strong field skills in one or more specialist areas.
Experience in project management or coordinating surveys.
Knowledge of ecological legislation and survey best practices.
Full UK driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to travel and stay away regularly.
