The ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in marketing, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry, is advantageous but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as social media management tools, email marketing software and content management systems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to learning and professional development
