PURPOSE You will use your skills as a Programme Support Officer or Project Manager to be the hub of the wheel for this Operational Transformation Delivery team, working flexibly and at pace whilst interacting with the Trusts staff, the on site Consulting team and the Consultancy HQ; providing programme support, status updates, reporting and delivery assurance

THE DIFFERENCE is that you will be able to work Outside IR35 and be part of a consultancy team working to improve acute flow for the benefit of patients. This is an on site role in the North West of England.

THE ROLE IS BOTH INTERESTING AND CHALLENGING because no day will be the same You will need to balance interaction and support with the programme team, client, clinical and operational teams by working both hands on and with a flexible, "can do" approach.

TO DELIVER THIS we require an experienced Programme Support Officer who is used to the governance and assurance inherent to an NHS Acute PMO (Non Digital). You are proactive, resilient and a self starter able to work with changing priorities. Experience of Operational redesign, Operational improvement and transformation is required. Experience of patient flow would be highly regarded.

RATE: Outside IR35, 5 days onsite in the North West
