We’re looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our growing legal division a role perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality candidate experiences.
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a central role in supporting experienced Consultants and Account Managers across a wide range of legal recruitment assignments. Rather than managing your own business development pipeline, your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for established client accounts, helping us meet high-volume and high-quality hiring demands.
Proactively source high-quality legal candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and our internal CRM.
Work collaboratively with senior consultants to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
Build warm, professional relationships across the legal market.
