Oxfam 4GOOD shop is a vibrant city centre store based in Castle Court Shopping centre (Belfast city centre). To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

  • Experience of retail management, including knowledge of budgets and sales analysis
  • Product knowledge and awareness of market trends
  • Experience managing and motivating a team to achieve sales.
