Behaviour Mentor in Secondary School -Barnet

It is a wonderful opportunity for a strong, hardworking individual with a great deal of resilience who has experience working with young people in a variety of settings. It will be your responsibility as a Behaviour Mentor to work at a secondary school to support children who suffer from challenging behaviour and provide them with the support that they need. In your role as a Behaviour Mentor, you will oversee working with a variety of children with different needs, such as ADHD, SEMH, SEN, along with challenging behaviours. It would be advantageous if you had experience with Team-Tech and physical handling training.
