CASS Governance & Oversight Associate Location: Bournemouth Contract: 6 months Work Setup: 4 days office / 1 day work from home Summary We're looking for a CASS Governance & Oversight Associate to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 6 months contract. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a global investment bank or large financial services organization, preferably with exposure to F&O, derivatives, custody, client account servicing, compliance, or other functions impacted by client money regulations. What you'll do Produce CASS regulatory reporting, including monthly CMAR submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Oversee daily client money reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in partnership with relevant business areas. Maintain and update CASS procedures and documentation to support strong governance and audit readiness. Contribute to audits, deep dives, and improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening compliance and reducing breaches. Support ad hoc CASS projects and regulatory tasks as required. What you bring Knowledge of CASS rules or Corporate & Investment Banking operations is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively. Confident written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. *Please note that this role will be working on a hybrid model of 4 days office based and 1 day WFH.
