This role is responsible for providing essential support to the Sales Staff in campaign management and delivering excellent customer support. This temporary position, ending November 1, 2024 plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Essential Functions:

Monitor campaign performance, conduct thorough analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations to both sales team members and clients.
Responsible for generating reports, managing Insertion Orders, completing Spec Sheets, creating screenshot decks, and overseeing other campaign management-related tasks.
Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the standard campaign-related tasks, including but not limited to: reporting components, KOC decks, screenshot decks, avails, performance monitoring, pacing, etc., and proficiently builds/executes these elements.
Works collaboratively and proactively with cross-functional teams such as Ad Operations, Creative Services, Partner Success, and others to ensure seamless campaign alignment, effective execution, and full delivery.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the organization's different teams, their respective functions, and adeptly navigates to the appropriate team based on the task or issue at hand.
Engages directly with clients to establish, foster, and nurture strong company/client relationships.
Serves as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth campaign performance, encompassing budgets, pacing, timelines, and other critical aspects.
Articulate campaign success and identify areas of opportunity with clear communication.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive end-of-campaign and quarterly business reports, providing stakeholders with a clear understanding of performance outcomes.
Demonstrate full ownership of project management responsibilities, proactively leading various tasks, and actively contributing to the overall campaign process to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes at every stage.
Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to the sales team in navigating the unique requirements and nuances of the assigned specialty or vertical.
Demonstrates effective decision-making skills when faced with various options for optimizing campaign performance.

Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role or industry, demonstrating a track record of successful client engagements and achievements.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all levels of the organization, showcasing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that resonate with diverse audiences.
Proven experience in delivering client-focused solutions that are tailored to meet and exceed customer needs.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrates the ability to prioritize effectively among competing tasks, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges efficiently and ensure optimal outcomes in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to take ownership and deliver on client goals and objectives, driving the success of campaigns and the team.
Ability to meet deliverables efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced work environment
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibits strong listening and presentation skills, actively engaging with others and delivering information with clarity, persuasiveness, and confidence.
Possesses a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (formerly Google Drive), and various other productivity tools.
