Our client is seeking a First Contact Enquiry Officer to act as the initial point of contact for members of the public—both in person and over the phone. This role plays a vital part in helping the organisation support local communities and maintain public confidence.
(Provide a high-quality first point of contact for visitors and callers
Computer skills

Typing minimum 30 wpm
Ability to take information over the phone while typing
