This role is a 3 month rolling locum contract . As a clinical Review Practitioner you will. Undertake a programme of comprehensive assessments and reviews in or out of the Nuneaton area, complete the Reviewing Assessment Framework and present them for a clinical scrutiny process leading to commissioning sign off of robust plans for complex service users. Be a liaison and information role with clinical colleagues in both acute, rehabilitation and community settings, as well as a role to work with placement providers both in and out of the local area to ensure safety, quality and best value. The role will be underpinned by a clear understanding of and commitment to least restrictive principles and recovery. Working Hours for this role are Monday – Friday 9-5 with some Flexibility is start and end times. Rate for this role is £25PH The applicant must be a Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse.
