We’re currently working with a liquid biopsy company who’ve developed cutting-edge technology which is changing the game in cancer diagnostics, and we’re looking for a strong leader to support their mission. As their Clinical Laboratory Director, you'll lead a team dedicated to harnessing the power of their patented platform that captures circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from blood. This FDA-cleared technology for metastatic breast cancer is providing invaluable insights into tumors and making a huge impact in personalized medicine.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead a highly skilled team, working on diagnostics that have the potential to transform cancer care, and your support will be recognized and rewarded well with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development.

You will:

  1. Lead an expanding clinical team by overseeing the running of the clinical lab.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality management requirements.
  3. Manage customer interactions in a professional manner.
  4. Run multiple client projects simultaneously and be accountable for planning activities and follow-up meetings.
  5. Generate accurate data reports with high-quality results.
  6. Work closely with the Heads of R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory to ensure seamless transfer and validation of new assays into the clinical laboratory to add to the service portfolio.
  7. Contribute to both company strategy and execution.
