Assistant Management Accountant
Permanent, 37 hours per week
The Assistant Management Accountant supports the finance team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to aid operational and strategic decision-making. This role requires strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and a proactive attitude in a complex operational and regulatory environment.
You will maintain compliance with financial controls, champion process improvement, and support statutory and regulatory reporting, working with a variety of budgets and stakeholders. Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting, monitoring performance against targets
Ensure compliance with financial controls and contribute to process improvements

Graduate or AAT qualified accountant, aiming for CIMA/ACCA
Strong IT skills, especially Excel and Word
