Commercial Litigation Solicitor - 3-6 PQE - Glasgow

A rare opportunity to join one of the leading Dispute Resolution teams in central Glasgow as a Commercial Litigation Senior Solicitor/Associate. The team is renowned across the UK for their programmatic and diligent approach to commercial litigation- consequently establishing a solid client base consisting of sports clubs, airlines, construction powerhouses and financial heavyweights.

The Firm & Team:
· A leading firm within the Scottish legal sphere- highly accredited in the Legal500.
· Expansive litigation presence across both Scotland and London.
· An internal meritocracy where progression is not based solely on financial billings.
· Opportunity to be involved in complex disputes covering a network of offices.

The Role:
· Appearing in Court, mediation and arbitration sessions- acting on a range of national and international clients.
· Direct opportunity to work alongside a range of clients and sectors- settling disputes ranging in value, complexity, industry and jurisdiction.
· Providing top-level legal advice and designing clear, strategic, solutions for conflicts.
· Guiding clients from inception through to settlement across different Constriction disputes.
· Opportunity to be involved in a broad spectrum of matters ranging from Public and Private Disputes.

The Candidate:
· 3-6PQE Solicitor- qualified in either England/Wales or Scotland
· Previous background within commercial, planning, construction, real estate or infrastructure litigation.
