Job Description Location: Remote Type: Freelance Hours: ~20 hours per week (varies) About The Role We’re looking for individuals with strong coding and software development experience to help train AI models. You’ll review, evaluate, and create code examples or programming-related content to improve AI accuracy and performance. This role is perfect for developers, software engineers, or programmers who enjoy problem-solving and want flexible, remote work opportunities contributing to AI development. Responsibilities Review AI-generated code snippets, programming solutions, or technical explanations Provide feedback on code correctness, efficiency, and best practices Create and refine programming examples and exercises used to train AI models Follow project guidelines to ensure consistency and quality Collaborate with internal teams when clarification or context is needed What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Clear written communication skills to explain technical concepts Comfortable working independently and following structured instructions Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs Nice to Have Experience in code review, software testing, or educational coding content Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts Why Join Us Work remotely with flexible hours Contribute to cutting-edge AI training projects Collaborate with a global team of domain experts Opportunity for ongoing projects across coding and software development areas
