Finfin Play I Fashion League is looking for an experienced Associate Producer to drive the production and project workflows of our mobile game and play a pivotal role in ensuring our team’s success. This role is critical to our small, agile studio, requiring someone who can wear multiple hats and bring strategic oversight to every aspect of our production pipeline. The right candidate will work closely with directors, internal teams, and external experts to deliver a game that excels in both player engagement and retention.

Oversee production workflows, balancing creative, technical, and business priorities.
Risk & Crisis Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the production lifecycle.
Organize and lead meetings, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews, ensuring team alignment and productivity.
Ensure that retention metrics are central to production decisions and roadmap planning.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including production schedules, progress reports, and retrospective analyses.
Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, and resource requirements.
Minimum of 5 years in a production or project management role within the gaming industry, preferably in mobile game development.
Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical, creative, and management teams.
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating production risks.
A diverse, international team that values fresh ideas and collaboration, with plenty of space for creativity.
Hands-on experience in digital fashion gaming and opportunities for continuous learning and advancement.
