Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy
Your first four weeks are focused on establishing a solid foundation for success - our Q-Start program is delivered hybrid, 3 days in office, and will set you up with all the knowledge to begin your career in workers compensation. From there you'll work through on the job, buddy led training.
You genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer- centric service with empathy and patience. Experience in a case management, workers compensation and/or allied health environment or similar
Experience working under relevant policies and procedures, which may include legislation.
