Drive performance, lead teams, and deliver results at Pilgrim’s Europe
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Shift Manager to lead our Despatch, Stores and Packing operations at our Anwick site. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure smooth running of the department, hitting key KPIs, improving efficiency, and driving a strong safety and performance culture.
Lead and develop team leaders across despatch, stores, and packing.
Reduce waste, improve labour utilisation, and drive cost savings.
Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and audit readiness.
Leadership experience in supply chain, despatch or FMCG environments.
Knowledge of WMS/SAP systems (desirable).
Track record of improving operational performance and driving change.
