Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced senior architectural technician to join our expanding technical team in our Portishead office. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has an interest and experience in producing quality working technical drawings for residential projects.

The role will involve interpreting client briefs and producing working drawings and technical documents while complying with the latest legislation. The senior architectural technician assists with delegating projects to technicians and oversees timescales & quality control while liaising with clients and external parties. An opportunity is there to develop and gain wider experience and knowledge, progressing within the technical team.

Key Attributes & Skills Needed

  • Minimum of 5 years experience (UK-based) working on residential/mixed-use projects for developer clients and national housebuilders
  • Sound technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; REVIT is desirable but not essential
  • Sound knowledge of M4 (CAT 2 & 3) & NDSS
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Desire to progress and attend CPD
  • Full UK Driver's Licence
