As a Level 3 qualified childcare practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of children aged 0 to 5 years. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children.
  • Observing and recording each child's progress and development.
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for the children in your care.
  • Collaborating with the team to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
  • Building strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress.
  • Contributing to the maintenance and cleanliness of the nursery space.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent (as recognized by OFSTED).
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Passion for early childhood development and providing the best possible care and education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
