This position is a permanent role working Tuesday - Friday in the day. 
At our brand-new property, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every visitor and resident feels welcomed, valued, and informed. Your responsibilities will include coordinating maintenance and facilities issues, conducting room inspections to uphold our high standards, assisting with viewings for potential tenants, and utilizing social media and marketing materials to showcase our facilities.
We're looking for someone who is results-driven and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. A proactive and hands-on approach, coupled with excellent communication skills, will be crucial in building strong relationships with our customers and students. Previous experience in facilities management would be advantageous, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
