Petit rappel historique… Nous sommes en 2012, rue du Faubourg Poissonnière à Paris. Au fond d’un restaurant de quartier embaumé de l’odeur des herbes et du pain frais, une bande de moustachus s’affaire au rythme du grésillement des viandes pour revisiter un plat connu de tous : le hamburger (rebaptisé Hamburgé en langage gaulois ).

Ce qui les unit ? Une passion sans limite pour la richesse du terroir français, un esprit très décalé et un côté franchouillard affirmé.

Ils font le pari d’allier la qualité de la gastronomie française à la rapidité du fast food. Un pari fou me direz-vous Que nenni. Leurs Hamburgés séduisent les plus réfractaires et offrent une seconde romance aux amoureux convaincus du burger.

Aujourd’hui, Big Fernand c’est plus de 60 restaurants implantés dans toute la France, au Luxembourg et à Londres. C’est aussi une entreprise avec des valeurs fortes et assumées que sont : Convivialité, Artisanat, Simplicité et Audace. Nous recherchons donc des personnalités en accord avec notre manière d’être et qui ont envie de découvrir notre manière de faire afin de poursuivre une aventure commune.

Pour notre restaurant de Londres, nous recherchons un (e) tenancier (e) qui aura le plaisir de véhiculer nos valeurs franchouillardes, de faire découvrir nos fromages et le hamburgé outre-manche

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez seront de :

  • Gérer en autonomie l'atelier de Londres (relations fournisseurs, RH, finance, ...),
  • Animer l’équipe de Fernandes et Fernands,
  • Véhiculer et incarner nos valeurs,
  • Développer la performance de l’atelier dans son environnement,
  • S’assurer qu’il ne manque aucuns ingrédients pour façonner nos magnifiques hamburgés,
  • Veiller au respect des procédures (hygiène, sécurité alimentaire, propreté des locaux, caisses, RH, …).

Profil recherché :

  • Une bonne connaissance de la législation anglaise,
  • Une expérience significative dans la gestion d'un restaurant en Angleterre,
  • Un sens de l’organisation exacerbé,
  • De l’énergie à revendre à mettre au service de nos Clients, des Fernandes et des Fernands,
  • Le goût du challenge,
  • Une passion pour la restauration.
