Through our innovative partnerships, we design, develop, and deliver cutting edge products and services into the marketplace, bringing fans closer to the sport, teams and athletes they love – allowing them to ‘Own the Moment’.
We are looking for an ambitious I.T. Technician to work as part of our small in-house team, to ensure that operations run smoothly. The successful candidate will be required to help in many aspects – from onboarding new hires to updating and maintaining software.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving as a first point of contact for IT support within the organisation
Setting up new computer systems, installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems (inc Apple products)
Ensuring the security of all company computers
Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
Testing, troubleshooting and implementing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
Maintaining the asset database
Additional duties as and when required
Key Skills:
Minimum two years of experience installing and supporting local area networks and workstations.
Communication skills in describing a solution in a way that a person without technical expertise can understand and implement.
Problem solving skills include the ability to gather, analyse and process information to identify a resolution.
Microsoft Office 365 Administration
Microsoft Intune/Defender Administration

Possesses great attention to detail
Is confident dealing within a fast-paced working environment
Has great stakeholder management skills across different departments, and ability to work cross functionally with excellent communications skills
May be required to work after hours or at weekends
