Location: Great Missenden

Are you a Practice Nurse looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Prospect House Practice are looking for a Practice Nurse for 32 hours per week.

Prospect House Surgery is located in the Misbourne Valley in the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire. We are a small surgery working together as a team with our PCN, community midwife aiming to support and deliver a safe and valuable service to all our patients. We are also working with the PPG Committee to engage with our community. There is parking on-site and has also direct rail connections to London Marylebone with local amenities on the doorstep.

They will also assist the Registered Manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained.

The postholder will provide care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care. Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations essential.

They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring that practice policies and procedures are followed.

To be considered for this exciting role you must have:

UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience
Must have a good knowledge on Quality Outcomes Framework
