Role Overview: We’re looking for a charismatic, well-connected Field Sales Agent to help us grow our footprint across the UK. Someone who can walk into a spot, light up the room, and pitch Cháps with charm, confidence, and cultural pride. This is an exciting opportunity to sharpen your business acumen, work on real-world projects, and contribute to our brand's growth. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and help drive Cháps’ expansion. Key Responsibilities: Introduce Cháps confidently and secure new stockists, partnerships, and repeat orders. Drive new listings across cafés, restaurants, bars, lounges, shops, markets, cash & carrys, and wholesalers across the UK. Hit weekly outreach and sales targets with independence and consistency. Build strong relationships with managers, owners, buyers, and decision makers — people buy into you first, then the product. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Cháps within hospitality, retail, and cultural communities. Gather insights from venues, customers, and competitors, and share clear, useful feedback with the team. Qualifications & Skills (Internship Level): Experience in field sales, on-trade sales, brand ambassadorship, or hospitality (preferred but not essential). Someone with a natural gift for conversations - warm, confident, persuasive. A strong network across hospitality or retail is a big plus. Entrepreneurial energy: a self-starter who takes initiative and isn’t afraid of cold approaches. A personal car + valid driving licence (non-negotiable).
