Opportunity: Are you a Pharmacist registered with the GPhC? Have you released drugs for prescriptions and have good quality assurance experience? Want to work for a global pharmaceutical company? If yes then please read on. Your role as a Quality Assurance Pharmacist based in Northampton will involve releasing drugs for prescriptions and physical checking of all drug orders that are released to the patients. You will ensure that the pharmacy patient dispensing processes are compliant with GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council), Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Corporate Quality Manual & ISO standards. You will act as the Responsible Pharmacist (RP) when required and ensure drugs / prescriptions are released to relevant quality standards. This is a 12 months contract role working 2 days a week 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm Monday’s and Tuesday’s. There is a possibility that this role will get extended or go permanent but this is all dependent on the individual and business performance. The PAYE hourly rate is £30.51.   • Pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
  • Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
