Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online reputation, encompassing community management and interactions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align marketing and PR strategies with business goals.
  • Manage PR and marketing for residential lettings and property operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage content writing for fundraising and other pitches.
  • Develop content for new websites and ensure quarterly updates.
  • Directly manage and update content on social and digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business, Website Blog, Meta)
  • Conduct regular reviews of social media content in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Execute PR campaigns to secure more coverage and enhance brand reputation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure media coverage.
  • Analyse marketing and PR results to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or communications.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in marketing and PR roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong relationship network in PR/digital media is a plus.

This position is entirely office-based.
