As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Presales Consultant to accelerate the development and expansion of our ServiceNow portfolio, with a specific focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Service Operations. Collaborate with key stakeholders, sales teams, and ServiceNow specialists to define and lead the GTM strategy targeting the ITOM, ITSM, and Service Operations market segments.
Partner closely with sales functions and ServiceNow experts to manage and coordinate all presales activities.
Design and deliver a portfolio of advisory services aimed at optimizing IT operations, validating roadmaps and supporting implementation strategies.
Lead and define the ServiceNow GTM strategy, service portfolio, and advisory offerings in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Support marketing and sales teams by providing digital content, thought leadership, campaign support, and customer advocacy development.
Prepare high-quality RFP responses, compelling proposals, and innovative service designs.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth service implementation and transition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, delivery centers, and the broader ServiceNow community.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Service Management (ITSM).
Familiarity with global delivery models (onshore, near-shore, offshore) and managing service quality, risks, and knowledge.
Strong commercial acumen and value-based selling approach leveraging NTT DATA assets and solutions.
