Job Responsibilities:
- As a Revenue Operations Analyst within the Sales and Marketing team reporting to the CMO/CRO you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency,
- Contribute to optimizing processes, enhancing collaboration, and maximizing revenue potential within the sales organization,
- Typical tasks include strong data analysis, problem-solving, managing CRM, optimizing sales tool stack, and refining sales processes,
- Data Management and Analysis:
- Supervise the collection, storage, and quality of sales and marketing data,
- Analyse data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and improve operational efficiency,
- Develop and maintain reports & analyses supporting forecasting, pipeline management, prospecting, and account planning,
- HubSpot System Management:
- Administer and customize the HubSpot platform (e.g., manage and update data within HubSpot, update customer hierarchy information, etc.),
- Implement and maintain HubSpot integrations with other business tools (e.g., dialler),
- Provide training and support to users on HubSpot best practices and functionalities,
- Process Optimization:
- Review and optimize sales processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions to improve workflow efficiency,
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth execution,
- Revenue Forecasting and Planning:
- Assist in revenue forecasting by providing accurate data and insights,
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to align goals and processes,
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and data sharing,
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and CRM technologies,
- Regularly assess and improve RevOps tools and strategies,
- Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, data analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company,
- Demonstrated expertise in data management and analysis, proficient in identifying trends, forecasting revenue, and enhancing operational efficiency,
- Excel proficiency, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including administration, customization, and user training,
- The capacity to make sense of lots of data and shape it into a coherent story
- Experience in integrating HubSpot with other business tools and managing these integrations,
- Skills in process optimization and sales process design,
- Technology-forward thinking - eager to learn new systems, becoming a subject matter expert for internal troubleshooting and optimization, curious about staying updated on industry trends and new technologies (e.g., AI),
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs,
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills,
- Happy to Work in Vauxhall, London 4 days per week (perm role).
