Nestled beside the River Medway, the Malta Inn is a destination restaurant with outdoor seating, garden views, and a reputation for scenic dining. It’s a favourite for families, tourists, and locals alike, offering a unique blend of heritage, hospitality, and high-volume trade.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Malta Inn’s performance. Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members to build a strong, motivated team.
Analysing sales figures and forecasting to maximise revenue opportunities.
Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business goals.
Conducting regular one-to-ones to drive individual performance.
Championing our brand values and ensuring your team delivers them with pride.
You’re a natural leader with experience in high-volume, guest-facing roles—ideally within a branded operation. You’re commercially savvy, people-focused, and passionate about delivering great service. We’ll give you the tools, training, and support to manage your labour and cost margins effectively. From there, it’s your opportunity to drive sales, lead innovation, and create memorable moments for guests and team members alike.
