North Central London Integrated Care Board Are you a highly organised and experienced Business Manager looking to join a leading London Integrated Care Board? If so, we want you to join North Central London ICB as a Business Manager. As Business Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our Executive Directors, and their broader Directorate with organisational effectiveness and the delivery of Directorate(s) priorities, business plans, projects and business continuity requirements.
You'll have the opportunity to work closely other senior leaders and colleagues across the ICB, as well as your immediate team (your Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant and Business Manager colleagues). You'll use your excellent communication and organisational skills to provide your Executive Director(s) with business management support.
The ICB has a collaborative and inclusive 'one team approach' and as Business Manager, you will be at the heart of this, providing cross-cover, shared learning and development as required. You will be based at our Laycock Street office, in Islington, and will have the opportunity to work flexibly from both office and home.

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager with the following skills and attributes:
Proven experience as a Business Manager, and the ability to provide pro-active, effective and value-add business management support.
Able to provide business management advice and support to their Executive Director(s) in relation to budgets, business services administration, project coordination and event planning.
Ability to work flexibly with excellent prioritisation skills to ensure the business of the Directorate(s) is managed efficiently and effectively to meet key deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with Executive Directors, other senior colleagues, and the wider Business Support team.
Skilled at coordinating projects and other activities simultaneously this includes supporting meetings, defining agendas and preparing/delivering presentations and drafting reports.
