We are looking for a ‘Material Controller – Repairs’ who will work within the Leonardo Luton Repairs Team in the Operations department. You will be responsible for ensuring customer returned assets are repaired on time. This will include arranging materials & labour to carry out the work, expediting it through the process & recording it all on SAP.
The role is based on the Luton site, however, once experience is gained there may be opportunities to carry our this role from home for up to 1 day per week.
What you’ll do as a Material Controller - Repairs
Scheduling of Service orders on SAP
Implementation of FRB/MRB actions - Attend MRB's and ensure that dispositioned material is actioned accordingly (Failure & Material Review Boards)
Providing information on the status of repairs to integrated project team members
Key member of the IPT (Independent Project Team)
Experience of SAP is essential
Material planning experience in a Production environment
