Joinery Estimator - Barns Salary:

They cover a range of projects from fitted and freestanding furniture to shopfitting and barns Are you an experienced estimator looking for a new role? This could be the opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

Analyse project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for joinery projects Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options Maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference Provide support during the negotiation and awarding of contracts

Requirements:
