Senior Client Relationship Executive - Professional Services
Full Time: (Hybrid) 12 month FTC
Location: London
Salary: Up to £53k DOE
We are looking to recruit an exceptionally creative and innovative Client Relationship Executive for a high profile International firm. As part of a highly successful and established team in London you will support all aspects of client development; strategy and research; pitches and internal/external team meetings; developing marketing and business development activity that ties into the clients' needs; monitoring KPIs and reporting regularly back on progress. The role covers a range of business lines and practice areas and you will be required to manage a global key account and requires exceptional relationship management skills.
The Role:
- develop the firm's client development methodology as the programme expands into new areas of the firm.
- the Client Development manager to execute the given tactics in agreed client development plans to best practice and actively use analytics to identify and track leads.
- and coordinating client teams and effective cross-practice groups to support client development plans.
- the development of appropriate marketing materials and activities to fulfil client plans.
- support to the Manager on strategic bid opportunities for relevant Key Clients ensuring the pitch reviews are completed.
- report on ROI on tactics and activity for further opportunity identification.
Who are we looking for?:
- to degree level (2:1 or above) or equivalent experience, CIM desirable.
- of working as a Key Account Exec or Business development Exec, Executive Assistant within a fast-paced professional services environment.
- of operating in a client-facing role desirable but not essential.
