We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team on a commission basis. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting clients, and closing deals for our software development and mobile applications services. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity to earn a competitive commission based on project sales.

Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their software development needs and requirements.
Present and promote our software development and mobile applications services to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to close sales.
Collaborate with our development team to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
Familiarity with software development and mobile applications is a plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position, offering a straight 35% commission on the total project amount for each successful sale. The more projects you sell, the more you earn.
