Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Hillingdon, United Kingdom
Contract Type: Subcontract basis (Minimum of 12 months)
Salary: £250.00 per day
Payment Schedule: Weekly pay, one week in arrears
Requirements:
* Previous experience on the tools/ or as a Site Manager in a Social Housing Environment
* Clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
* Own Vehicle
* Full UK Driving License
* SSSTS (Preferred)
* First Aid Certificate (Preferred)
Responsibilities:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects within the Hillingdon area. Your duties will include:
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects including bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
* Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.
* Monitor work quality and compliance with specifications.
* Address any issues related to workmanship or materials promptly.
* Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report cost variations.
* Ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
* Supervise site staff, including subcontractors and labourers
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
