Solutions Architect

What does a successful Solutions Architect do at Fiserv?

As a Solutions Architect in a global leader in Fintech and Payments, you’ll be key in designing end-to-end solutions for one of the largest financial services institutions in the UK and influence the design of the industry across the world. This role ensures that technical solutions being developed for the UK market will deliver the desired business outcome under the required quality attributes of our EMEA platform.

What you will do:

  • Understand business objectives and provide solution blueprints that enable the downstream teams to deliver exceptional product capabilities to meet client needs
  • Solve complex client problems in a way that delivers strategic business outcomes
  • Identify and support the adoption of new core capabilities and influence technology selection processes
  • Provide support to sales and product teams for RFPs and other pre-project impact assessments and estimates
  • Become an expert on Fiserv's business capabilities and how to best deploy them to resolve specific client needs
  • Work with engineering teams to develop prototypes and proof of concept applications to prove new architectures and technologies
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience
  • Work with engineering teams to provide guidance and support
