Ensuring everyone receives the industry leading service they are renowned for offering. The role of Scheme Administrator will include, but not be limited to:

  • Handling telephone and e-mail queries
  • Document generation
  • Complex data entry
  • Contact with internal and external parties
  • Liaise with key stakeholders
  • Chasing of key documentation
  • Maintaining management systems
  • Diary management
The ideal candidate will be:
  • Experienced in administrative duties
  • IT Literate – including MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Enthusiastic about providing a first-class customer experience
  • Inclined to take full ownership of our processes and ensure they are implemented correctly
  • Highly literate and numerate
  • Confident when liaising with both internal and external points of contact – including stakeholders
