As the Lead Makeup Artist for a truly outstanding luxury cosmetic brand that knows no boundaries, you will offer an exceptional level of one-to-ne service to our customers, using excellent product and brand knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations. You will possess a real passion for beauty and for delivering a world class client experience.
To continue the growth of our Brand, we are looking for an experienced make-up artist to join the team based in Flannels Flagship store in Liverpool on a part time 20h per week basis.
Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products from everyday looks to special events
Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases with the brand and throughout the store
With training provided, we expect you to maintain specialised product knowledge and reinforce the Pat McGrath application techniques with your team
Analyse sales and create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
An expert in cosmetics, you will share your knowledge to provide our customers with exceptional and personalised service
From sellingand replenishing stock &visual standards, to hosting and relationship building, you understand there ismore to the customer experience than just selling​
A flexible role, you may be required to workon different departments, taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you​
Own the planning and delivery of in-store events
Replenish stock as needed and keep testers and counter clean and attractive to ensure the brand is presented at the highest level and hygiene standards are met
Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures
Champion our company culture and values
Ability to perform high quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu is essential
Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
You will develop excellent product knowledge by following trends and beingaware of our competitor’s activity, along with taking part in brand training​
Flexible. Work with management, trainers and brand artists to learn brand expertise and develop personal artistry skills
Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

This role is a part time role, 20h per week including some evenings and weekends. We are looking for flexibility to work a variety of shifts which will chance week on week.
