We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced CAD Technician to work for a rapidly growing company based in Addlestone, who work on groundworks, foundations, basements, drainage, demolition and utilities landscaping. As part of this role you will be responsible for:

  • Pricing drawings, Preliminary drawings to construction drawings
  • Familiar with reinforcement drawings, concrete works, drainage, setting out
  • Liaison with house manufacturer, QS, Client
  • 3D modelling for quote presentations
  • Presenting 3D modelling as part of quote presentations to the client or other stake holders
  • Ensuring all up to date drawings are downloaded and saved from relevant parties involved
  • Incorporating and circulating Changes
  • Establish Quantities for purchasing
  • Assist Site Team with any queries they have related to the drawings
  • Flag any changes to the site team
  • Log weekly workload / updates for Team Meeting input
  • Carry out site visits when required
  • Confident to learn (or already has experience) in setting out (using a LEICA)
The ideal person will have extensive experience in a similar role, as well as have excellent skills in Archicad, AutoCAD and MS Office. For more information please apply with your full CV
