PE Global is currently recruiting for a Marketing Brand Associate for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Basingstoke. This is an initial 12 months contract position working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. The pay rate will be between £19.98 and £26.64 per hour. Duties of the role/Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans for Diabetes and Obesity portfolio. Support the launch and post-launch activities, including coordination of brand tactics and tracking of key milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, regulatory, corporate affairs, finance, market research) to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives. Help develop and deliver customer and operational plans in line with global and local brand strategies. Gather and analyse market insights, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform brand activities. Support the preparation of promotional materials and ensure all activities are compliant with ABPI Code of Practice, local SOPs and utilising Veeva PromoMats. Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of marketing tactics, providing recommendations for improvement. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and thought leaders, under the guidance of senior team members. Support digital and omni-channel marketing initiatives, working with the engagement team to enhance customer experience. Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines in all activities Education/Experience Some experience (internship, placement, or entry-level role) in marketing, sales, or project coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Knowledge or experience in Diabetes, Obesity, or related therapy areas would be advantageous. Experience supporting brand or marketing activities in a regulated environment. Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice or similar compliance frameworks would be advantageous. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights. High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and integrity. Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Good working knowledge of digital channels and Microsoft Office suite.
