Head Host/Hostess
To welcome the guest upon their entry into the restaurant and ensure that their first impression is a pleasant one. To manage overall reservations and seating requirements, taking into consideration guests’ preferences and restaurant business needs.
What you’ll do as our newly appointed Head Host/Hostess:
Greet guests with a warm welcome upon arrival and be the face of the restaurant
Answer the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner and to be able to manage and log all reservations and bookings.
Work together with the management and other members of staff in order to ensure top quality service delivery to guests
