Our Key Account Credit team are looking for administrators to support with the back office functions within Credit Management, such as data entry, sending customer statements and replying to customer emails. We currently have permanent positions, and fixed term contract positions available.

Working in a fast paced environment, you will assist the Credit Management team in maximising collections on a large portfolio. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and proactive thinking as you will be dealing with customer information and invoices.

You will ideally have experience working in a busy department where organisational skills are key and you can work well under pressure. We are looking for applicants who have great communication skills and experience working in a numeric/analytical position. This role would be perfect for someone who is aspiring to be a Credit Controller in the future, as our program of development can support you to grow in your career with us.

Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
