Our focus is on technology-enabled business transformation. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. The variety of projects provides the Solution Architect with a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn.

The Solution Architect is a key member of our implementation team. A leader with deep system implementation experience, you will be the main point of contact between the client and Genpact’s consulting team. You will be involved in driving requirements gathering sessions, developing a solid design, and working with their teammates to execute a smooth implementation. Conduct business processes and requirements analysis.
Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
Produce technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion.
Develop client-ready materials related to requirement specification, process analysis, system-based and manual controls, functional design, and test plans.
Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and the execution of project management processes.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant degree; or equivalent work experience
Experience with functional knowledge in supply chain, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after sales service operations, or transportation management
Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations
Experience integrating to ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle
Experience in systems integration and ETL tools, data mapping, and systems integration a plus
Exceptional drive, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute to a team environment.
Location and Travel
The nature of our business requires travel to client locations. Travel tends to fluctuate depending on specific project and client needs but typically is in the range of 25-40%.
